
Ingredients
For 2 people :
- 200gr of soy tempeh (which is equivalent to two round tempehs)
- a cup of round rice
- a nice ripe mango
- a nice ripe avocado
- a small jar of green peas
- a small jar of corn
- a drop of soy sauce
- a dash of lime
- some fennugreek sprouts

Method
- In a pot, cook your rice in twice its volume of water
- Cut your tempeh into slices and golden them in a pan with oil over medium heat
- Dice your avocado
- Dice your mango
- Set the rice in the base of the bowl and arrange the avocado, mango, peas, corn and fennugreek sprouts in small bunches over the rice
- Season with soy sauce and a dash of lime
- Enjoy!
