Tempeh Poke Bowl

A fresh meal ready in a flash

Tempeh Poke Bowl


For 2 people :

  • 200gr of soy tempeh (which is equivalent to two round tempehs)
  • a cup of round rice
  • a nice ripe mango
  • a nice ripe avocado
  • a small jar of green peas
  • a small jar of corn
  • a drop of soy sauce
  • a dash of lime
  • some fennugreek sprouts
Two gorgeous tempehs just out of the Domingo Fermenter, they are still warm


  1. In a pot, cook your rice in twice its volume of water
  2. Cut your tempeh into slices and golden them in a pan with oil over medium heat
  3. Dice your avocado
  4. Dice your mango
  5. Set the rice in the base of the bowl and arrange the avocado, mango, peas, corn and fennugreek sprouts in small bunches over the rice
  6. Season with soy sauce and a dash of lime
  7. Enjoy!
