Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout and products are sent out within 1-4 weeks. We deliver our parcels using Seur services. We provide each order with a tracking number when it’s shipped. Shipping within the European Union usually takes approximately 1-2 weeks, overseas shipping usually takes approximately 4-5 weeks.

Undelivered packages will be returned to us. If you want we can send the package back to you for additional shipping charges, however we cannot offer refunds in such cases.

Returns and exchanges

We are unable to accept returns and exchanges. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Damages

If you received a damaged product, please contact us at hola@domingoclub.com

Availability of products

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If difficulties arise in production, or if any particular product is not in stock, we reserve the right to inform you about substitute products, which you will be able to order. If you do not want to order the substitute products, we will refund the prepaid amount in full.

Refusal to process an order

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove, or modify any material or content. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse processing an order after sending the Order Confirmation, therefore we reserve the right to do so at any time. In the circumstance of refusing to process an order, we will refund your prepaid amount in full.
